The price can vary according to the retreat. Prices include all classes, accommodation and meals.
All our bedrooms sleep 2 people. Pricing is based on sharing with one other. You can opt to share with a friend, a partner or someone on the retreat. We have a limited number of rooms that we can hire on a single occupancy basis, single supplement applies. Requests will be taken on a first come first served basis. Single occupancy rooms do not necessarily have private en-suites attached. Most are shared bathrooms or shared interlinking en-suites.
Bedroom allocation is finalized about 10 days before the retreat. It sometimes happens that we need to change the bedroom allocations around to accommodate couples or males on the retreat, i.e males and females do not share bathrooms, so sometimes guests will be requested to change from their original choice. This does not happen often but can happen in order to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable. The vouchers are valid for 12 months.
Booking deposit & payment
To secure your place on the retreat a booking deposit of 50% is required at the moment of booking.
If you make the booking within the 6 weeks leading up to the retreat then full payment will be required upon booking.
Your place on the retreat is only secured once you have filled out our short online booking form and the deposit or the full payment has been received.
Cancellations cause inconvenience for the retreat and for the teachers, so for the smooth running of the retreat we ask you to honour your commitment. However if a changes to your booking can not be avoided for genuine reasons the following policies apply.
If your cancellation is made 6 weeks prior to your booked retreat date start the following options apply.
1. You can transfer your retreat ticket to a friend.
2. You can transfer to another one of our retreats, if the new retreat is more expensive the balance will be owed and should be paid when the change is being made.
If the cancellation is made less than 6 weeks before the booked retreat:
-No transfer or changes can be made to the booking.
If you cancel your retreat you must do so by email to The Courtyard informing us of the cancellation and the reason for cancellation. The date of cancelation will be counted from the receipt date of the email, the date the email is received at The Courtyard.
If you can not make the retreat due to weather conditions, road conditions, i.e natural circumstances which are outside of our control, storms, snow, ice, etc, we regret that we will not be able to offer you a refund nor can we transfer to you to another retreat. The event will still go ahead for those that can travel and all costs of rent, staff, food, etc, still need to be paid. We thank you for your understanding.
Change to or cancellation of a retreat
If we are forced to change the retreat dates or cancel a retreat for circumstance within our control, you can choose to transfer to another retreat or you can opt for a refund.
If we are forced to cancel a retreat due to a natural disaster or weather conditions beyond our control, i.e weather conditions such as loss of power, flooding, drought, loss of power, snow, storms, etc, a refund will not be given, however the retreat will be postponed and a new retreat date will be set and your booking will be transferred to the new date.
The retreat price includes accommodation, full board meals and yoga tuition
Single Bedroom Supplement
We have some double bedrooms that can be booked on a single occupancy basis, however we have limited availability and these rooms are allocated on a first come first serve basis. The cost of the private room is €35:00 per night.
Photography and Social Media
One of the reasons you came to our retreat was that you saw photographs on social media or on the website of great food and guests enjoying yoga and other activities at The Courtyard. The retreat would not look the same if we didn’t include our guests in the photographs. As it’s also you who bring life and energy to the retreat. We want to share our retreat with others. On most retreats Olivia will take some photographs to share with the guests and use for promotional purposes. Guests tend to really like having a few photographs to keep from their experience at The Courtyard. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions guests are allowing for photographs to be taken of themselves during the yoga classes, meal time and other activities on the retreat. Of course we use are discretion whilst taking photos and the photography is not intrusive. We also use direction when choosing the photographs which we use for promotional purposes.
Should you have any problems or concerns during your time at the centre and you do not wish to discuss it with your teacher then please ensure that you speak with Olivia, the course coordinator, who will be on-site most of the duration of the retreat.
