This Summer Retreat weekend will include Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and Mindfulness.
Infused with positivity and good energy, the weekend will be an opportunity for you to get the best of all practices for your physical and mental well being.

Naomi will lead you through sessions to help you restore clarity in your mind, rejuvenate your physical health and gain an overall sense of vitality over the course of the weekend.

‘My overall Philosophy is that we can experience great happiness and this starts with ourselves. Through taking care of both our bodies and our minds we can really begin to live to our full potential. At the core of my own practice and teaching is the concept of challenging ourselves to grow and learn. Through taking time to connect with ourselves we can gain greater understanding, clarity and appreciation for ourselves and others.’
Naomi’s classes are inspired by the Hatha and Vinyasa styles. Movements are taught with a focus on alignment, breathing and relaxation.’

About Naomi

Naomi has been teaching for over 10 years, starting out as a Physical Education teacher and then moving on to Yoga and Pilates teaching fulltime. She is a 500 hour qualified Yoga teacher and continues to study both in Ireland and abroad refining and progressing personal practices and techniques, as well as teaching qualifications.


Retreat Schedule


16:00 -17:30 – Arrive at the Courtyard, relax and settle in
17:15 –  Refreshments in The Dairymaids House
18:00 – Class (1hr 30 Mins)
19:30 – Dinner. 2 course meal. Main & dessert.

08:30 – Light healthy breakfast snack
09:30 – Class -2 hours
12:30 – Lunch
13:30 – Free time options for Saturday afternoon
– You will be given a walk/trek route to take in some fresh Wicklow air and beautiful forestry and hills
– Visit the Tinahely farm shop & cafe (You will have to take your own car)
– Chill out at The Courtyard alone or with others. Have some quiet time, go for a stroll on a country track
17:00 – Class (1 hr 30 mins)
18:30 – Delicious healthy vegetarian 2 course dinner, main & dessert– after dinner free to relax.


08:30 – Light healthy breakfast snack
09:30 – Class (2 hours)
12:00 – Lunch
14:00 – Home time

* Fruit, tea, coffee and an array of loose herbal teas are available in The Dairymaids thoughout the weekend
